Stephanie is amazing! She is so patient and kind. I was truly blessed to find her! She meets you where you are, she individualizes her counseling style for what you need at the time and regularly assesses to make sure the pace that you are both taking is comfortable for you. She has made a very difficult and overwhelming time in my life, manageable. Stephanie has given me so many tools to improve myself, as well as all of my current and future relationships.

Stephanie is a wonderful counselor and an answered prayer for me. She’s been my counselor for over 6 months. We’ve went through EMDR for past trauma and talked through conflict I’m currently facing. Our sessions taught me how to navigate my pain and let myself heal. I’ve always felt heard and understood. Stephanie notices and celebrates small victories. She is a safe and kind person.
